Yesterday was a BIG day for us, our first test session since the wreck back in January. Man did it feel good to be back at the track. After everything we’ve been thru, just being back out there felt pretty damn good. Thankfully, things went smoothly, and we were able to make some passes, make small adjustments, and work our way through the night. On our last pass, Marty was pretty satisfied with the data he collected, and that alone made the whole night worth it. We’ve still got plenty of work ahead of us, but we’re heading in the right direction. We would NOT be back out here if it wasn’t for the incredible support of our sponsors. To the ones who continue to stand behind Marty and Merillat Racing, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And to Josh, Twig, Bill, Victor, Jake, Macie and the wife… THANK YOU for ALL the work you put in yesterday to get this hotrod running. It takes a village, and we are so thankful for ours.

We’ll see what the rest of the year brings, but it would be pretty cool to make it to a race yet this year. 🤞 For now… we’re just happy to be back. 💪
