We’re so thankful you found us! It’s hard to believe you’ve only been at CFS for a few months.

One of the coolest things to watch has been how you’ve connected with our members. They trust you, they love being in your classes, and it’s obvious how much you genuinely care.

You’re such a great fit for this community, and we already can’t imagine CFS without you and that permanent smile you’re always wearing! Thank you for everything you’ve already brought to our members and our coaching team. We have a feeling we’re just getting started.

THANK YOU to our OG Coach, who was basically Member #1 at CFS.

You’ve played such an integral role in building this place. Nobody has had a more consistent impact on what CFS has become than you, Coach Jay. We hope you feel an incredible sense of pride in that.

It’s pretty amazing to think about how many people you’ve impacted over the last 14 years… 2,000+ people, easy, right? Just regular people who have continued their fitness journey and become better because of your genuine care for others and your passion for the craft of coaching.

I can’t think of a better person to lead our On Ramp program and be the first person for new members to interact with. You’re always laughing and in a good mood and it’s contagious. It’s a gift to have our new members experience your patience and genuine kindness as part of their introduction to CFS.
