Congratulations to Jack for being named First Team American Conference in Phil Steele’s Preseason All-Conference Teams!

“Jack emerged as a sophomore in 2025, playing in all 13 games and tying for the team lead with 4.5 sacks and 8.0 tackles for loss. He notably made his mark by recording 1.5 sacks against Navy.”

Senior Le’trell West took time yesterday to walk for an amazing cause and help raise money to support children and adults with intellectual disabilities. We are proud of Le’trell and all our amazing Saints and how they represent our program and school in the community!

Offseason Phase 1 is Complete ⚜️

The guys put in a lot of hardworking and effort all spring to start building that foundation

Phase 2 begins at 7am on June 15th

The 2026 Murph Workout is in the books! Great work everybody! Our entire group finished in under an hour! 🇺🇸💪🏼⚜️

St. Mary’s Football will hold our 7th annual Memorial Day workout at St. Mary’s field, 10am this Monday (5/26).

The “Murph” workout is done in dedication to Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. We will complete this workout to honor him and all those heroes who have paid the ultimate price for our country.
