Welcome to the St. Margaret's Pony Club page! We're based in Anne Arundel County, MD. We think riding is Fun! St. Team members help each other.
Pony Club is a great place to not only learn riding skills, and care of horses and ponies, but to have fun learning and participation in many riding sports. Our riding sports include Dressage, Eventing, Mounted Games, Polocrosse, Show Jumping, and Tetrathlon. Margaret's members also enjoy a Regional Summer Camp, an annual Horse Swim, Fox Hunting, and our traditional round robin event. Our first co

We maybe here for AECs but the hustle for our club is always something we can make time for. Our junior member Chloe made the last delivery for our pre-sold Eventing jump measuring sticks yesterday to a favorite local rider and clinician Meghan O'Donoghue Eventing. Big thank you to Meghan for your purchase that supports our club.

2026 USPC Championships
Competition Day 3 - Chloe and Sofia had their turn on the cross country course and Leah completed the Tetrathlon running phase. Once each discipline finished we gathered for the awards ceremonies. We are so proud of the horsemanship and sportsmanship demonstrated by SMPC members this week!

Competition Day 2 - It was a GOOD day!! Boo finished up his championship run with a double clear cross country round, Chloe and Sofia were both double clear in their stadium jumping rounds, Leah was clear with a near perfect time in her final Tetrathlon jumping round and she put in a strong swim time at the pool. Final rounds and results to come tomorrow for all!

Competition Day 1-
St. Margaret’s has four club members competing this week. Boo, Sofia, and Chloe are competing in Eventing. Today all three rode their dressage tests and Boo also completed his show jumping round. Leah is competing in Tetrathlon and completed her first jumping round and the shooting phase. Congratulations to all on a great first day of competition!

Our full team has arrived from Maryland! Tomorrow is the official start of the 2026 USPC Championships at the Kentucky Horse Park.

2026 USPC Championships at Kentucky Horse Park
Education - SMPC participated in mounted and unmounted clinics including dressage, show jumping, cross country, and HB test prep. Callie the pony got to model for a conformation clinic!

Today and today only, SMPC member Chloe will be on site at PG Equestrian center with her remaining jump stick inventory. Below is what she has left so be on the look out for these handmade and one of a kind jump height measuring sticks.
