Congratulations to Natalie Fuller-Coleman and Allison Coleman for winning the 2026 DS North American Championship Regatta. The 23 competitors were treated to champagne conditions for 3 perfect 12-15 August southerly’s. This is the second National Championship for the Coleman sisters. In fact the top 3 boats were family teams with the daughter/father teams of Lauren Pollack and Dave Schoene in second and Mary and Brian Bush third. 6 of the top 8 boats were female skippers.

This week's Thurs Evening Summer Yoga is CANCESLLED due to the Day Sailor North Americans. The last session of the Summer Series will be next Thursday August 13th. DM us if you have any comments or suggestions for yoga at SSA!

It will be a beautiful night for Yoga in the Great Room! Follow it up with a drink on the deck... the Poke Bowl is back!

We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend, July 18-19th, for Olivia’s Team Racing Invitational. Remember to register ASAP on the SSA RecHub website—scan the QR code in the post for the registration page.

We are thrilled to report the snack bar will be open all weekend with its full food and drink menu. Come hungry because all participants will be treated to coffee, bagels, and juice both mornings and we’ve added an ice cream social to help all our competitors beat the heat on Saturday afternoon.

Although we’re still a few days out, the forecast looks promising for decent summer breeze—we hope we see you on the water!
