Find Your Flight! Arm Balance & Chaturanga Workshop this Sunday, November 2, 9-11am

Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Arm balances can be one of the trickiest — and most empowering — parts of yoga. They challenge not just our bodies, but our mindset, too. In this playful workshop, we’ll break down the foundations that make these poses fly, starting with chaturanga. You’ll learn how shoulder stability and core strength work together to support everything from a solid vinyasa to those floaty arm balances you’ve been eyeing.

We’ll deconstruct, drill, and most importantly — play. Come ready to explore, wobble, laugh, and surprise yourself with what’s possible when you shift the story in your head and trust your strength.
