“I’m just not motivated to go to the dentist.” Can you imagine ever saying that?

Of course not. You know what will happen if you don’t go.

So why do you say it about strength training?

This is especially important if you’re on a GLP-1.

And also for anyone not on a GLP-1.

Strength training is essential to prevent the muscle and bone density loss that happens both with age and with a calorie deficit.

You gotta do it.

Unless you enjoy being weaker, more frail, and more prone to serious injury.

So stop waiting to feel like it. You never felt like calling your insurance company either.

And honestly, the pain of waiting on hold to renew your insurance is way worse than a 30-minute strength workout.

So go schedule it.

Get it done.

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun cardio workout with professional heavy kick / punch bags and music. There are a few pairs of loaner gloves but it's best to have your own if you are planning on coming more than once. They need to cover at least to the 2nd knuckle, like these. No experience is needed. Age....
