The 2026 trap shooting season concluded this past weekend at the National Championships in Marengo, Ohio!
Despite extreme heat that challenged shooters throughout the tournament, the Hawks delivered a strong performance. Several athletes recorded personal bests, along with multiple 25 and 50 straights. The team finished 11th nationally, missing the top 10 by just 12 targets.
Congratulations to all our athletes for competing hard and representing Ankeny proudly!
