Hogs $80 skin gut go, $1.45/lb hot carcass weight processing basic.

Tomorrow's the big day!
Monday- saturday 8am to 10pm
Sundays 9am-9pm

$100 cash or check deposit per deer at drop off.

No change in menu or pricing besides $5 extra/deer if you order cubed steak.

Outside of that were all very excited to see everyone this season!

Currently no wild hogs as we have a few more farm slaughter dates on the books that will take priority once theyre all processed we will open for wild hogs. Please call before hunting them though.

Our friendly yearly reminder of best tips, common questions, information etc.

1) the faster the guts get out and meat starts cooling the better outcome.

2) if its blue-ish green between the legs its a good sign of rotting.

3) we will do our best to get you the best yield possible but always remember your shot placement. Gut shot, up the rump, double front shoulder, etc all make excessive meatloss in most cases.

4) some animals get shot previous years and survive but the shot is in their meat. Yes you got your deers meat but that guy's bird shot from two years ago on a dark night ride unfortunately probably healed with the tiny bb's in it.

5) unfortunately we can not cube steak a whole deer but we will sure do our best to give you as much as we can from the best cuts that provide good quality cube steak.

I feel its easier to say before deer season verse after we see it. Hopefully this helps some hunters.

So not excited to share this but if your coming to purchase meat or just pickup taxidermy there is now going to be a big detour to our facility. This will effect deer season unfortunately so it says. All customers will want to go on Indian hut road all the way to gapway before they turn to come to us otherwise you'll be turned around again unfortunately. Looking forward to this next deer season and remember if you or someone you know needs a cow, sheep, goat, water buffalo, bison processed we can do it!
