It was a toasty weekend at the Stable View Eventing Academy last weekend. We started with an excellent xc school Friday followed by dressage, stadium and a little specialized xc schooling Saturday and everyone competed on Sunday! It was so cool to see the improvement through the weekend! Jennifer Schaefer and Denali had a good solid go and tune up at BN for the AECs finishing on her dressage score in 7th in a tough division and champion TIP. Darlene and Patti beasted it around starter to finish in 8th. Autumn and Cami are getting so much more confident and finished 1st in their Sprouts CT. Michelle Nobrega-Lee brought her new horse, Liam, for a school and rocked their dressage test. Penelope is now riding Val and beat her mom in their starter dressage test. It was a sad weekend for Lara and Buck as he hurt himself on Friday night but so far it looks promising for them to be out and about this fall. It could have been so much worse! As always we thank our team at home Meredith Neville, Melissa, Kat, Jada, Shearer and her team, Dr Stafford Equine Veterinary Services and Harmony Chiro for taking care of things and our horses so we can play! Huge congrats to Lara Lisa Shelnutt and Buck and to Megan and Louis for being on the US Eventing Association (USEA) leaderboard! Both ladies are on the Clemson University Eventing Team! 💪👏💯🏇🦄🔥🥰♥️

We've had a lot going on and not many pics to show for it! Eventing camp at SHF was a blast! We followed that with Bouckaert Farm horse trials where Jennifer Schaefer and Denali finished 6 the at BN 💪. Michelle Nobrega-Lee and Val had a great dressage test but are still figuring out the new canter options available and developing that communication. Amy Nichols has been busy with apprenticing on our off weekends. This past weekend we were split between Stable View and Full Gallop Farm with Lara Lisa Shelnutt and Buck finishing 2nd and champion TIP at Full Gallop 💪. We had great schooling at Stable View Friday and Saturday then Michelle Nobrega-Lee and Val practiced their new canter gears for clear show jumping but need better steering on xc and Penelope and Corwin finished 2nd in the intro CT and are clearly making good decisions on xc and stadium with speed control 💪. Great job everyone and as always a big shout out to our team at home! ♥️🦄🏇💯💪👏

It was definitely a hot one at Full Gallop Farm horse trial last weekend! Lara and Buck and Jen and Denali finished 2nd and 4th respectively, both on their dressage scores! Michelle and Val are getting more consistent in the dressage and finished 3rd at starter. Megan and Louis are also getting more consistent in the dressage but Louis was uncharacteristically sticky in show jumping so their day ended early. A huge thanks to all the volunteers, officials and Full Gallop for a great event! As always so much appreciation for our team at home so we can travel! Go SHF! 💪♥️🦄💯🔥🎉🎊👏

Great day at the Smiling Horse Farm Ride-a-Test last Sunday! These are so educational for the riders and horses! There is definitely an 'art' to riding a test. A huge thank you to Lindsay Moore Murphy for scribing all day! Great job everyone! 👊💪💯🔥💫👏♥️

Seriously questioning my career choice at the Foothills Riding Club dressage and CT coaching in the pouring rain May 23. SHF stepped up and rocked it with Jennifer Schaefer and Denali and Lara Lisa Shelnutt and Buck finishing on their dressage scores in 🥇🥈 respectively in their BN division. Michelle Nobrega-Lee and Val rocked around Starter to finish in Fourth. Autumn and Cami and Penelope and Corwin finished in fourth and fifth on their dressage scores respectively in their Intro division. We are so thankful to have this fantastic schooling series and the volunteers that showed up in the pouring rain to make things run smoothly. Go SHF! 💪👏🎉🦄💯❤️🔥💫
