HCTC Fishing Team

A few updates for our anglers, captains, and parents from today's Coaches Meeting:

There's been a schedule change-HCTC will not fish Clarks Hill on 12/5/26. Instead, we will fish Hartwell on 11/7/26.

We are working on a potential date for the Boater's Education course with SCDNR. You can complete the course online, but it will cost $45. Taken in person, the course is free. Look for information in your email and on Facebook once we have something finalized.

Palmetto Boat Center will post this season's tournament plan, rules, and schedule later today. Please look over this information once it has been shared as there are a few changes from last season.

In just one month, HCTC will be fishing the first tournament of the season! Anglers and captains, please join us on Monday, September 14 at 5:30 PM at HCTC for our first team meeting. If you haven’t paid for registration, bring cash or a check. Anglers, if you have a prior commitment, ask your partner or captain to pick up materials for you. Anglers and captains will be signing liability forms for PBC at the meeting.

Anglers, look for the permission form and grade accountability form in your email in the next two weeks. These will also be available at the meeting.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday, September 14!

The Palmetto Boat Center schedule is official! HCTC is in Group A.

If you plan to captain or fish this year for the HCTC Fishing Team, you have until November 1st to complete your Boater's Education course. Anyone on the boat must complete the course.

1st for 26-27 HCTC Fishing team meeting Aug 10 at HCTC. Meeting will start at 5:30pm!!! Excited for our new season with PBC tournament trail!!!!!

Our fishing family has received a thoughtful request from one of our boat captains and parents.

Any HCTC Fishing Team current or former member who is able to attend the visitation is encouraged to wear their team jersey as a way to honor our friend and show our support of Greg's family.

Your presence is completely optional, but for those who are able to attend, wearing your jersey is a meaningful way to represent the HCTC Fishing Team and show how much Greg meant to our fishing family.
