In the Tuesday/Thursday RIP class this week we're going back to RIP Volume 48! With a motivating playlist featuring songs by Shakira & Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce, Doja Cat, Camilla Cabello & Ed Sheeran, Daddy Yankee & Pitbull, and Mark Bronson & Bruno Mars, the 60 minute strength training class will fly by. And, as an added bonus, there's no pushups in this release! 😊. Just a lot of chest presses in the chest track.

Join us for RIP, Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:45 am, all at EFC- Ron
