THROWBACK THURSDAY 📸 In 2020, a successful moose harvest brought people in Aniak together to process meat for that year's Middle Kuskokwim Gathering and share with Elders in the community.
TKC’s Megan Leary worked alongside local kids and Elders to process the catch. The harvest became an opportunity for learning, sharing, and caring for one another.
For 50 years, working together has been at the heart of how we care for our communities. This is what that looks like. Sharing knowledge, sharing food, and helping one another.
