🏋️♂️One of the questions we hear most is, "How often should I work out?"
Unless you're training for something very specific, a balanced routine is a great place to start:
-Lift: 2–3 days per week to build strength and maintain muscle.
-Cardio or your favorite sport: 2–3 days per week to improve endurance and keep your heart healthy.
-Mobility: A little every day! Even 5–10 minutes of stretching and mobility work can help you move better, recover faster, and reduce stiffness.
The best program is one you can stick with- and you don't have to figure it out alone.
Come train with a supportive community that's focused on helping you move better and get stronger.
