Thursday schedule
Lunch class BJJ Gi 1130am - 1230pm
Kids BJJ Gi 5pm - 6pm
BJJ No Gi 6pm - 7pm
Adult classes optional rolling / open mat afterwards for around a half hour.

Monday AGA schedule:
Jiu jitsu lunch class (gi) with Lilan 1130am-1230pm
Judo with Nifo 5pm-6pm
Jiu jitsu evening class (gi) with Steve 6pm-7pm

Wednesday GI day at AGA. Advanced Gi BJJ Wednesdays at 6pm. Wednesday lunch class Gi BJJ at 1130am. This week: mount top.
