Exercise is Medicine On-Campus is an initiative by the American College of Sports Medicine to promote health and fitness in the college community.
Staying active and healthy have been shown to remedy and prevent a number of ailments. EIM-OC is an initiative of the American College of Sports Medicine, and we are thrilled to bring it to UAA as a club.
