Community Highlight: American Heart Association - Alaska's 2026 Alaska Heart Run & Walk - September 19

Join the American Heart Association - Alaska on September 19 and celebrate survivors, pay tribute to those our community has lost to heart disease and stroke, and ensure one person in every household is confident and prepared to perform CPR when it matters most. This classic event brings together families, co-workers and friends to have fun while helping millions of others with a 5k run (timed and untimed), 5k walk, youth 5K, and 3k walk. Every participant who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research, and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
