Anchorage Golf Course and O'Malley's on the Green McKinley) AKA "The Great One." The golf season at AGC runs mid-May to mid-October.
The Anchorage Golf Course (AGC), located on the lower hillside of South Anchorage, is a 6600 yard, public 18-hole course. Designed by renowned golf course architect, Bill Newcomb, the course is framed by the magnificent views of the Chugach Mountain Range, the Anchorage city skyline, Cook Inlet, and Denali (or Mt. O'Malley's on the Green offers not only one of the finest banquet menus in Anchorage but also a breathtaking view for that wedding and reception of a lifetime.
