From Pre-Team to Senior 1, all groups worked on the same drills, focusing on one stroke each day while helping each other improve their technique! 💪🏼🤝

Welcome Jacob Cadaval 👋 Coach Jacob brings a technique-first approach to the pool, focused on building the fundamentals that set swimmers up for long-term success rather than short-term results. He believes strong stroke mechanics and a clear developmental plan are what carry athletes from their first strokes all the way to elite competition.
Jacob was part of the CIF Division 1 Men’s Championship winning teams in 2022 and 2023, as well as the 2023 California State Championship winning team. That championship-level experience shapes how he coaches his swimmers today; instilling the habits, discipline, and technical foundation needed to compete at the highest levels down the road.
