and I have been working TOGETHER for just shy of one year. I capitalize together because, in a coach–athlete relationship, it takes effort from both sides to make progress day by day, week by week, brick by brick.

We’ve been able to test that progress here and there, but this past weekend was our biggest test yet — ❗️
And she absolutely knocked it out of the park 💪🏽👊🏽

If you look at the leaderboard, we didn’t win — but we also didn’t lose. We learned.
