We hit 100k!! I am EXTREMELY grateful to everyone who has subscribed to the JAZ Nutrition & Fitness channel! I figured I would show my appreciation in the best way I know how - by exercising! For this subscriber milestone, I completed 100 repetitions of 10 different exercises (proof in the link below)! π
It took me a little over 3 hours to complete and I burned roughly 1,630 calories. Thank you again to everyone who joined the livestream and has supported me throughout the years - see you at the 200,000 subscribers fitness challenge!

It's official! By popular demand, live JAZ it Up workouts for Beginners, Seniors, & Gamers will start Thursday, December 4th at 6pm PST on the JAZ Nutrition & Fitness YouTube channel! Classes will be 30 minutes long and every exercise will have modifications if needed. I'm looking forward to starting these classes in two weeks and I hope to (virtually) see you there. Link below π

We just hit 25,000 Jazzy Squad members! I'm SO grateful to each one of you who has subscribed. To commemorate this milestone, I will be doing another fitness challenge this upcoming Tuesday, September 23rd, starting at 6:00pm PST! Instead of 1,000 burpees (which was super challenging!), I'm going to do 500 push-ups and 60 minutes of jumprope (not continuously π).
