The past couple weeks I have incorporated this deck into class — pulling a card before we begin. I love coming in Sundays and starting with a little gratitude.

Today happened to be a day where my brain and body were not on the same level. My cueing was off even though I had thoughtfully planned out class and it led me to get stuck in my head. But as I left the only thing I could do was brush it off and come back to that card — feel grateful for my body and it’s hard work.. as an instructor & a mom.

I hope anyone who feels off can let it go and look at something to feel grateful for 🤍

Hi, I’m Carly! I am a Senior at UMass Amherst studying Communication and Business Management. I have been teaching spin for two years and am so excited to join the BrickHouse community!

In my classes, you’ll find a classic rhythm ride format, a variety of music, and lots of energy. Whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth, my goal is to create a positive environment where you can challenge yourself, have fun, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Fun Facts about me:
- I LOVE a themed class
- I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain last semester
- Some of my favorite artists include Pitbull, Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Troye Sivan, Noah Kahan, Reneé Rapp, Beyoncé, and Ariana Grande.
- I love singing and playing the guitar
