August 2nd at Virginia Sport & Spine Institute, some of our very own members will be hosting a Golf Performance Evaluation from 9:00AM-12:00PM. Be sure to drop in for Movement screens to identify swing-limiting issues, Swing speed testing using PRGR + Trackman, Force plate + biomechanics breakdown, Strength/power assessments based on TPI protocols, and get questions answered by the professionals. Be sure to check out their profiles to see some of their credentials!

Leaderboard at the halfway point of VSSI Bad Golf Tour⛳️still 4 events left and the final major! Jack Turner leads the ball strikers after a first place finish at the Hill City Electric Classic. CHAMPION🏆

“Mr. Consistency” lives up to the name.

Jack Turner locked up the Major at London Downs after going toe-to-toe with Brandon Elrod in a playoff — walking away with $725 and a gift card from Schewels.
He didn’t overpower the course. He didn’t need to. Just striped fairways, stacked greens, and made the putts that mattered.

🛠️ Arsenal:
• Driver: Cobra Adapt X (new toy, still in the honeymoon phase)
• Irons: TaylorMade P7CBs — ball-striker’s dream, Jack’s reality
• Putter: LAB DF3 — one of the few guys on tour who could actually justify gaming it

There’s nothing flashy about Jack’s game, unless you count precision, patience, and a tendency to ruin your hopes one par at a time.

🚨Deadline to sign up for our first major is less than a week away! 🚨Members and potential members, the deadline to play in our first ever major, the Hill City Electric Classic is Wednesday, June 18th! A quick note about the prize purse: we want to keep payouts big and beautiful, so skins will be optional this time around. If you want in, it’s $10 per day ($20 total if you’re participating both days). Skins can be sent to and MUST BE SENT PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST TEE SHOT.
