Hampshire Athletic Club Cardiovascular Interval Training- 5.pdf We offer an impressive range of services, from indoor swimming, indoor tennis, child care to personal training.

After your workout, enjoy a relaxing break in our hot tub or sauna or make an appointment with a therapeutic massage therapist. Club Hours:
Monday-Friday, 5am - 8 pm
Saturday, 7 am - 5 pm
Sunday, 7 am - 3 pm

Family/Lifeguard Swim Time:
3pm - 8pm, Monday -Friday
1pm-8pm S/S

Childcare Hours:
**CHILDCARE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED**
9am - 1:30pm and 4pm - 8pm, Weekdays
8:30am - 12:30pm, Saturday
