#7 PORTER HOBBS | DEFENSIVE BACK

Today we’re celebrating senior Porter Hobbs!

From his parents:

“Porter has always had an incredibly competitive spirit coupled with a determination to leave a mark wherever he is. From an early age, the desire to compete on the field or court has fueled his pursuit for constant improvement. But athletic accomplishments and accolades were never the ultimate drive. For Porter, it has always been about doing HIS absolute best in whatever he does.

His love for football and the lessons he has learned through the sport will forever be a part of his life: teamwork, leadership, hard work equals results, and the importance of the relationships built along the way.

Porter loves his teammates and will battle for them any day, whether during these days of football or in the years to come.

He has also proudly carried the oldest brother torch with pride and humility, setting an example for his three younger brothers.

What a privilege it is to be his parents and watch him become the man he has become. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of his journey.”

From Coach Hadfield:

“Porter Hobbs is a humble leader. He quietly does the right things both on and off the field. He is one of the most fun people to be around because he always has a smile on his face.”

Competitive. Loyal. Humble. A leader who doesn’t need to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact.

We’re proud to celebrate you, Porter. Keep leaving your mark. 💜🤍

#55 KACYN PAGE | OFFENSIVE TACKLE

Today we’re celebrating senior Kacyn Page!

From his parents:

“In third grade, Kacyn came to us and said, ‘I want to play football.’ And from that moment on, that’s what we did — we played football. We played hard, we learned, we grew, and we made more memories along the way than we could ever count. You’ve always been the biggest kid on the field, but those who know you know you’re also the biggest teddy bear with an even bigger heart. We have loved every minute of cheering you on, coaching you, and watching you grow into not only an amazing athlete, but an incredible teammate and friend.

It has been one of the greatest joys of our lives to be along for this ride with you. We are so proud of the young man you have become, and we hope you always know just how BIG our love for you is. We love you, Kacyn. Now go play hard and enjoy every second of this senior season. 💜🏈
“Watching you from the day you were born grow into the young man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. From writing down dreams of the NFL at 7 years old to putting in the hard work today academically and on the field your dedication inspires me every day. Seeing you run out under the Friday night lights on the exact same field your grandfather played on in 1969. Carrying that legacy with so much heart and grit gives me chills.”

From Coach Hadfield:

“Kacyn Page is an unbelievable talent. It’s truly remarkable to see someone as big as he is be so light on his feet. He is a great teammate to everyone and genuinely cares about everyone on the team.”

From a third grader who simply decided, “I want to play football,” to a senior Offensive Tackle protecting the line for Lehi, Kacyn has grown into the kind of player every team wants — talented, hardworking and, most importantly, a great teammate with a big heart.

We’re proud to celebrate you, Kacyn. Now go enjoy every second of this senior season. 💜🤍

#44 STERLING FILLMORE | DEFENSIVE END

Today we’re celebrating senior Sterling Fillmore!

From his parents:

“Sterling’s enthusiasm and smile have been contagious from the day he was born. Being the oldest of eight kids is not an easy role, but Sterling rocks it, as an example and looking out for his younger siblings.

He has always had a strong work ethic and excitement for life. He shows up and brings his best everywhere he goes. Cheering on Sterling from the stands is our favorite place to be. We love him and are extremely proud of the young man he is.”

From Coach Hadfield:

“Sterling is one of the most unique players I’ve coached. From Offensive Line, to Linebacker, to Defensive End and some Tight End, Sterling has played them all and at a high level.

Anywhere we put him, he dedicates his time to learn and dominate that position. Sterling is so much fun to coach because you know you are going to get everything he has every play.”

Versatile. Hardworking. All in. Whether it’s taking on a new position, giving everything he has on the field, or setting the example as the oldest of eight, Sterling shows up ready to give his best.

We’re proud to celebrate you, Sterling! Keep bringing that energy and making every play count. 💜🤍

#11 BRIGGS JENSEN | QUARTERBACK

From his parents:

“With four older brothers and one younger sister, Briggs learned early how to hold his own. If there was a backyard football game, Briggs was playing. It didn’t matter how big, how old, or how good everyone else was. That fearlessness followed him into tackle football in 1st grade, where he played up two years against 3rd graders.

Briggs learned young what it takes to compete, lead, work for what you want, and keep going when things don’t go as planned.

He has always been a student of the game. When he was little, instead of cartoons, he watched SportsCenter. He’s observant, on and off the field, and has an incredible ability to see a problem and find a solution.

Briggs is a leader with a positive attitude, incredible work ethic, resilience and tenacity. But football is only part of who he is. He plays guitar, sings, loves being with his family, and more importantly, is a good teammate, loyal friend and simply a really good person.

Briggs, we are so proud of the man you are becoming. You have the Sisu your grandfather always talks about — the determination, resilience and grit to take you far in life.

We love you, Briggsy.”

From Coach Hadfield:

“Briggs Jensen is a true competitor. His loyalty to Lehi runs deep. He stayed at Lehi when it wasn’t easy and fought hard to be the starting QB for this team. His teammates love him. He is one of the smartest football players I’ve had the chance to coach.”

From backyard football to leading the Pioneers as QB1 — Briggs’ story is one of loyalty, leadership, resilience and grit.
