Join us for Open Gym or Daytime Playtime EVERY FRIDAY starting September!

Daytime Playtime from 10:00am-11:00am every Friday!
Ages: 3-5yrs
$8.00/child

Open Gym from 7:00pm-8:00pm every Friday!
Ages: 6-18yrs
$14.00/athlete

This is a great way to get in extra training time and work on routines and skills outside of practice! Our coaches are staffed for the volume of these events and are ready to help you accomplish your open training agenda whenever they are approached. Our state of the art facility is equipped for cheerleaders, gymnasts, tumblers, trampolinists, and preschool age athletes!

Our Back Handspring Clinic is for your athlete to gain a good
understanding of the skill and basic tumbling technique!

Athletes are given the opportunity to exhibit several drills that break down this skill so they are always working towards their goals, and they have exercises to practice after this event.

We want your child to grow and gain confidence with whatever they put their mind to!

This clinic is perfect for aspiring cheerleaders, gymnasts, and acro dancers!

Introducing our brand new Double Mini Skill Clinic!

This skill clinic will allow athletes to focus on building 2 double min passes using new or polished skills.

Our dedicated tumbling and trampoline team coaches and USAG/USTA athletes, Adrian and Alli, will be mentoring athletes during this experience!

Trampoline gymnastics could not be more underrated in our opinion! Don't miss out on this experience to widen your skill set and enjoy double mini as much as we do!

☀️ Hot Weather Reminder

It is going to be very hot today, and the gym may feel warmer than usual. Please make sure your child arrives well hydrated and brings a clearly labeled water bottle.

Our coaches will provide additional water breaks throughout classes and practices and will closely monitor all athletes.
