After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve made the decision to close Body Exchange Fitness at the end of November.

This wasn’t an easy choice, but it comes from a place of peace and purpose — trusting that God is opening new doors and new opportunities for my family and me.

Over the past 11 years, this gym has been so much more than a business.
The people who have been a part of this place mean so much to me.
From the times during COVID when I was hospitalized and we shifted to training online, to the memories of moving from that tiny, hot building into our new space — every moment has been special.

What we’ve built together has been incredible.
It’s been a family, a community, and a place where countless people have grown stronger — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who has walked through these doors, trained with us, trusted us, and supported what we built together.

This decision doesn’t come from failure or lack — it’s simply the next step in a new season.

The only type of training I will offer moving forward is online, and there will be details on that soon.

I’ll also be sharing more details about equipment sales and transition plans, but for now, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you for believing in the vision.
