DOXA DANCE ENSEMBLE // Preparing artists for the real world requires equipping them with life skills such as public speaking, personal responsibility, time management, clear communication, and collaboration with colleagues. These elements are woven into the fabric of the ensemble, as dancers are brought behind the scenes to see how a production works, joining leadership in every step of planning and implementation. We want dancers to leave the program with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready for any challenge their future careers may bring.

DOXA DANCE ENSEMBLE // We focus on improving the technical ability and performance quality of ensemble dancers through high level classes and coaching. Dancers engage with choreography that expands their concept of the art form, hones their technical precision, and develops their sense of artistic expression. Connecting that dance technique to our faith in God is an integral step toward building a well rounded dancer, ready for a life of sharing their faith through dance performance.

SHOWCASE IN THE PARK // May 30
Join us for a free performance at Sam Houston Park on May 30th! Dancers will share choreography they learned at our Pre-Summer Intensive this week, with guest instructors Kevin Jenkins, Trisha Carter, and Ashley Hanson. Come early and enjoy the outdoors; food trucks at 5:00 pm and the performance starts at 6:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair or a picnic blanket and invite friends!
