We brought back an oldie but favorite game last night: STICK IT! Since we’re always yelling it, we figured we might as well make it fun. The goal is to land the skill your coach calls out with no wobbles or extra steps—just solid as a statue. Could you stick it?

Last night was such a fun one celebrating some amazing accomplishments! 💜💗 We’re so proud of our SW Gymstars who earned their AAU All State Awards!

These girls have put in so many hours of practice, pushed through tough moments, celebrated wins, and just kept growing as gymnasts and as people. The award has their name on it, but it really represents all the hard work, dedication, and heart they’ve put in. 💪✨

We’re so proud of each of you! Keep chasing your goals, keep believing in yourselves, and keep showing everyone what it means to be a SW Gymstar! ⭐

A huge thank you as well to their families for all of the constant support, early mornings, late nights, rides, and encouragement that help make all of this possible. 💜
