We are so excited!!

WE ARE MOVING‼️

Starting October 1st, we will be inside of S&S Training - Meade's Gym! 🔥

We have enjoyed our time at Dormans and we love those guys! This move puts us into a more private mat space and we believe this will be very beneficial to our students and our business. You will still be able to purchase gym memberships through S&S, and it is a beautiful weight room! 🏋️

We are looking forward to this move and we hope you are too! There is no better time to start training than right now ⚔️

To the father of the girl that stopped the downtown abduction - way to go...not only for what you did,👊how quickly you reacted but for making your daughter aware. 👏👏

We want to honor you both with several FREE Day Passes to our gym. Come and work out and alleviate some of the stress that you both endured. 💪
