CONTINUING THE LEGACY

The legacy of SGM Ciriaco “Cacoy” Cañete continues through generations of students, instructors, Masters, and Grandmasters committed to preserving, teaching, and sharing his art.

We are proud to recognize the active Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares Grandmasters in the United States who continue to teach, promote, and uphold the system and legacy entrusted to us.

**HONOR THE LEGACY. UPHOLD THE SYSTEM. BUILD THE FUTURE.**

Our goal is to strengthen communication and unity within the CCDP family in the United States and around the world by sharing news, events, training opportunities, and supporting one another in continuing SGM Cacoy’s work.

If you are an **active Grandmaster or Master of Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares in the United States**, please message us. We want to reconnect, stay in communication, share information, and continue building a stronger CCDP community together.

Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares USA is directly under the **Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares (CCDP) World Headquarters in Cebu, Philippines.**

**One legacy. One family. Continuing the legacy together.**

The Four-Man Box is one of the most valuable training laboratories within the Keysi Fighting Method.

It is sometimes misunderstood as an uncontrolled four-on-one fight or simply a pressure drill. That misses its deeper purpose.

The Four-Man Box gives us a structured environment for investigating how a technique or principle changes when the practitioner must account for threats, movement, and relationships in every direction.

The goal is not to prove that one person can defeat four people. The goal is to study what happens when the person directly in front of you is no longer the only concern.

Used intelligently, the drill becomes a place to ask better questions, test our assumptions, and discover whether our methods can adapt beyond a familiar stance, angle, or training relationship.

We explore the structure, purpose, progression, and safety principles of the Four-Man Box in this article:

Spent last weekend with Sifu Alan Baker at his summer C-Tac camp where we spent time intelligently going over training scenarios where we spent time fighting in and around cars, on the concrete/sidewalks with multiple attackers and then stick and knife work.

I have trained in so called “Tactical Martial Arts” systems in the past, and they had value, but they were not tactical or practical whereas what Alan has developed with his C-Tac program is truly a intelligent application based systematic approach to real world violence

I cannot endorse Alan enough as he is not only a friend, he is a very talented martial arts and he is also an exceptional professional educator.

Go train!
