When I first started my fitness journey, I thought the biggest victory would be seeing the number on the scale go down.
But looking back, the habits I built changed so much more than my weight.
✨ I started stretching every day to help relieve my back pain and improve my squat depth. Over time, I became more flexible, moved better, and my back pain became much more manageable.
🏃🏾♀️ My endurance improved, and workouts that once felt impossible became part of my routine.
💪🏾 I became stronger—not just physically, but mentally.
❤️ And one of the greatest gifts has been the confidence I've gained by consistently showing up for myself.
These are the victories the scale could never measure.
