1. What’s one accomplishment at the gym you’re most proud of?

I’m getting stronger, I can lift more weight now!

2. How has CrossFit impacted your life outside the gym?

CrossFit been so good for me in so many ways, my mental health is improving, my energy levels and my social life are better, and definitely my body is stronger to handle all the hours standing up that my job requires.

3. What’s your favorite part about being a member of our community?

My favorite part is how supportive everyone has been, you will always hear a “ great job” even when you feel the you barely make it.
