Mark Dorfman and Can’t Touch This HS are no strangers to the winner’s circle, and on one of the sport’s biggest amateur stages, they proved it once again. ✨

The pair swept the Amateur-Owner Hunter 3’6” 36 & Over division, winning the Under Saddle, Handy, and the Classic to earn the Championship at the USHJA Amateur Festival – East.

Congratulations again to Mark and Hammer! What a fun and memorable week it was.

A huge thank you to the Split Rock Jumping Tour for organizing the USHJA Amateur Festival – East at the Kentucky Horse Park and making it an event to remember.

Every aspect of this championship was thoughtfully planned, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. From start to finish, it was a first-class event, and we were honored to be part of such a special week.

One of the most memorable parts of the week was giving amateur riders the opportunity to compete in both the Walnut Ring and the iconic Rolex Stadium. It made every round feel even more meaningful and created an experience that so many of us will never forget. The beautifully designed courses and stunning jumps, along with a fantastic VIP experience, truly elevated the event.

A special thank you to Derek and his entire team for their incredible hospitality and for putting together such an exceptional championship. Pat Boyle made every moment feel special, and we’re also grateful to Pat Duncan, Andrew Ellis, Chris Boyle, Jeremy Raleigh, and the entire staff, whose hard work and dedication made this an unforgettable week.

It’s wonderful to see amateur riders have a championship to call their own, and we appreciate the Split Rock Jumping Tour for bringing this event to life, along with the USHJA for its continued investment in the growth of our sport.

We’re already looking forward to returning next year and hope to be back for many years to come!

What a memorable week it was for Amy Hanes & Michael Britt-Leòn’s High Society! 🏆✨

With beautiful, consistent rounds all week long and High Society jumping in top form, this pair put together an exceptional performance at the USHJA Amateur Festival – East. They earned Champion in the Low Adult Hunter 2’6” division before going on to be named Grand Champion Overall, topping a field of 188 riders.

An incredible result on one of the sport’s biggest stages for amateur riders. Congratulations to Amy and High Society on an unforgettable championship—we’re so proud of both of you and this well-deserved success!
