Summer schedules are no joke… vacations, pool days, kids home, and every excuse to skip the gym.

But not this crew.

Congrats to everyone who earned a spot on our June Committed Club by hitting 12+ sign-ins!

We see the early alarms, the “I almost didn’t come today,” and the workouts you didn’t feel like doing. They all count.

Proud is an understatement. ❤️

This is one of my favorite walls in the gym!

Every name, every star, and every goal represents hours of hard work that most people never see.

Coaches or members, it doesn’t matter. We’re all here to get better.

Two more stars were added to the board this week, and I hope they remind someone else to write their own goal down and tackle it. You never know what you’re capable of until you commit to it.
