The Equestrian Reserve - Alpharetta, GA

We wrapped up the summer with our Creative Riding and Horse Artistry Camp 🎨
Riders made a desensitization obstacle course that they piloted their horses through, learning how horses process unknown objects and helping them through it. They also made signs to hang on our trails, giving each path its own distinct name.

We offer this camp each summer, typically the last week before school goes back. Go ahead and mark your calendars for next summer and be sure to register when our camp schedule is released in February!

Big congratulations to our joint partners who competed in the GQHA Novice Series this past weekend. This is a 3 show circuit, with a show in May and a 2 day show in July. They competed in Showmanship, Trail, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Hunter Under Saddle and Equitation.

Everyone walked away with at least two circuit champions for a class (meaning they had the most total points combined from the 3 shows in their division for showmanship, horsemanship, etc), and Kayley also was Level 1 High Point for the series, meaning she had the most total points out of everyone for her division. We’re so proud of everyone’s hard work 💪

Registered Name: ISweet Talkin You

We have another new addition to The Equestrian Reserve fam! Georgia is a 4 year old sorrel mare and is double registered AQHA and APHA. Her sire is IStyle (by RL Best of Sudden and out of an Invitation Only dam) and her dam is by Radical Rodder, so her breeding is amazing.
She is a tall girl, currently measuring 15.3h, and has such a pretty face. Her future is bright and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for her.

This gorgeous gal is the newest member of The Equestrian Reserve family. She is a 3 year old red roan mare with four white socks. She is a full sibling to Lyric and Lucy, meaning she has the same fantastic bloodlines including Justa Creepin, Radical Rodder and RL Best of Sudden. We are very excited for her future with us!
