A better way to spend a Thursday.
Join us for Community Touch Rugby at Innovation Academy.
Never played rugby before? No problem. Touch rugby is a simple, fun introduction to the game. Think two-hand touch football, but with a rugby ball.
Afterwards, we’ll head to the Olde Blind Dog for our weekly club social.
And when we say social, we mean it. A chance to meet new people, share a few laughs, and get to know people from different backgrounds, professions, and places. Rugby clubs are about more than what happens on the field.

Exiles RFC acknowledges the recent determination issued by the Georgia Rugby Union Disciplinary Committee regarding a complaint concerning the solicitation of active Exiles RFC players by another club.
The committee found that allegations of improper communication and the solicitation of active Exiles players, commonly referred to as “poaching,” held true, and further found the conduct to be contrary to Union values and the spirit of the game.
The committee also noted that the conduct aligned with longstanding concerns raised by multiple clubs regarding similar behavior.
While the committee did not impose sanctions, it concluded that the Union currently lacks a specific policy and mechanism to address this type of conduct and recommended that such a policy be established.
Exiles RFC appreciates the time and effort invested by the committee in reviewing the matter and issuing its findings.
For too long, the solicitation of another club’s active players has been normalized within portions of the rugby community, particularly within the Atlanta area by certain parties. We believe clubs should grow by recruiting new participants into rugby, developing their own players, building strong cultures, and strengthening their communities. The active players of neighboring clubs should not be viewed as recruiting opportunities.
We are encouraged that the issue has now been formally recognized and documented by the Union. We are optimistic that this determination will serve as an important step toward establishing clear standards that strengthen respect between clubs and reinforce the values upon which our game is built.
Individuals and organizations that engage in this practice should recognize that the issue is now firmly on the Union’s radar. It is time for our rugby community to move beyond behaviors that undermine trust and cooperation between clubs and instead embrace a culture built upon respect, sportsmanship, and stewardship of the game.
It is time to improve the culture of club rugby in this region.
Rugby is strongest when clubs succeed by building, not by taking.

Not every day ends with a trophy, but some days tell you a lot more about who you are.
Our U19 boys finished 1–2 today at Hotlanta 7s.
They opened the day against a loaded select side and, despite the result, were the only team to put multiple scores on them all tournament. They followed that with a hard-fought victory before closing the day with a thrilling 19–17 match that went right down to the wire.
All of it was done under temperatures hovering near 100 degrees and the kind of Georgia humidity that tests every player’s resolve.
A 1–2 record only tells a small part of the story. What it doesn’t show is the heart, effort, and character these young men displayed throughout the day.
And when their own tournament was over, several of our boys stepped in to help a neighboring club complete its final match after they found themselves short on numbers. That’s the kind of people they are, and that’s the kind of club we strive to be.
Senior players, club executives, Exiles parents, and supporters were out in force throughout the day, cheering these young men on every step of the way. The entire Exiles RFC family is incredibly proud of the way they represented our club.

This weekend our Exiles RFC U19 Boys take the pitch at the Hotlanta 7s Tournament.
The club and senior players would like to wish the boys the very best as they represent Exiles RFC throughout the day.
We would also like to welcome Maddox Siler, Devin Engelhard, and Grant Andrews from Rebels Rugby, who will be joining us for the tournament. We are proud to have you wearing Exiles colors this weekend.
To all of the boys, compete hard, support one another, and carry yourselves in a manner that reflects the values of this club. Show respect for your teammates, opponents, match officials, and the game itself.
Play with honor. Play with respect. Represent Exiles RFC well.
Good luck, boys. We are all behind you.
Special thank you to Propper.AI for making this inaugural Exiles Academy season possible.

Out with the old, in with the new.
We’re proud to unveil the new Exiles RFC Men’s kit for the upcoming season.
Keeping with our traditional green, black, and gold hoops, the new look is completed with black shorts and black socks, giving the kit a clean and classic finish worthy of the club’s next chapter. In a nod to rugby’s heritage, we’ve also brought back the traditional rugby collar, one of the game’s most distinctive and enduring features.
Exiles RFC would like to thank our generous local and independently operated business partners whose support helps make everything we do possible: Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub, Propper AI, and our sleeve sponsors Fuel Coffee Roasters and First Line Defense.
This club has been built by members, supporters, volunteers, families, and local businesses who believe in what we’re creating together. We’re proud to wear your names on our kit and represent the community that stands behind us.
Unus Ex Nobis.
We Are Alpharetta.
