That’s a wrap on our season at Big Diamond Speedway!

🔹Friday night Mason ran well but as they were rushing after a rain delay with more weather coming Mason didn’t find his spot fast enough and started 4 spots back from where he should have. Got up to finish 13th where he should have started, definitely didn’t help himself, but it was his second race after officially moving up out of rookies and it’s part of learning to run in bigger fields.
🔹Sunday we figured we would give it a shot even though it was a big race and get one last night of seat time! We did not give him a good car for the heat race and he started p3 in the consi. Got out driven on the initial start but settled into the last transfer spot and had a little breathing room until a caution came out with 3 laps to go. Got the raw end of two racing incidents in a row on the restarts and ended up coming in after being DOT twice. Thank you to the Big Diamond Dog Pound for putting a smile on our driver’s face after a rough night! Sucks to have hard luck but you guys definitely made it better! We appreciate you!

We would love to get Mason out for a couple more races at other tracks but unfortunately we have a busy quarter midget schedule coming up for the next month or so and just can’t manage the turn arounds. Thank you so much Steve Torpey Jr: Allstate Insurance, Uss Achey Inc., Cal's Tire & Auto Service, RCL Industrial Repair, Steigerwalt’s Plumbing and Heating LLC, Hoffman Speed Supplies, and everyone that helped us newbies out this season! We’ll be back for 2027 with double trouble as Hunter comes up from the quarter midgets into the Rookie 602 class 😳 We will be looking to add more sponsors as we get a second car together! Thank you everyone for all of the support!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by before the races tonight! I only snapped a few pictures but it was great talking to everyone and we love seeing all the kids excited to sit in the car!

It’s race day! Mason will have his car over in the grandstand area for a meet and greet since Uss Achey Inc. night was rescheduled from last week! See you there!
