Discover your inner swan! This is an age appropriate and fun class covering the basics of ballet. Ballet promotes strength, balance and flexibility all of which are vital in avoiding frailty.

Celebrate the first week back to school with a date night and learn something yourself! We are now offering a Friday Night Social Dance class alternating different styles each week of the month. You can choose to attend as much or as little as you are able to with our flexible punch card option.
