While following the LCHF diet we don’t encourage snacking, but if necessary due to a lack of time while heading to an important meeting, for example, - a handful of nuts will suffice. Not that they are our favorite food, but some almonds won’t do any harm. Just make sure not to run out of time the next time around and have a proper meal.

Our low carb high fat idea is pretty simple and proves that there is nothing complicated nor fancy in the LCHF life.�Pork meat, a little mustard, sour cream, olives, as a main dish, and a piece of avocado with romaine hearts as a salad on the side.

Does running downhill remind you of a constant single leg squat? Single leg squat jump? Well, that’s exactly what it is!
Don’t skip the Bulgarian Split Squat while working on your leg strength. Strong glutes and quads will keep the injuries away.

Low Carb High Fat Diet differs from Ketogenetic Diet in the amount of carbs consumed. While on Ketogenetic Diet one doesn’t go over 20g net carbs, on a Low Carb Diet this amount can vary from one person to the other up to 100g of carbs depending on a person’s health or age.
Athletes during challenging workouts can consume even more than 100g!
We encourage consuming sweet potatoes prior to the challenging workout routines.
