What an amazing crew tonight!! Gettin’ after it in the heat! Love these Fitness Boxing people! Even some of our competitive boxers show up for an additional good workout!!🥊🥊🤗🤗

And last week we had an amazing crew as well. Love these large classes. They bring the energy!!👊

Come check it out…Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:30 pm. They work hard and have fun at the same time. We will teach you the skills and you use them on the bags and coach held mitts.
