How deep should your grand plié go? 🩰✨

Your heels don’t need to lift super high. Let them rise only as much as needed while you lower with control.

Think thigh toward calf, then smoothly come right back up. 🌷

Deep enough for a beautiful grand plié, but never deeper just for the sake of going lower. 💕
