🎉 ANNOUNCING THE CATHY PEACOCK “BIGGEST FAN” MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP 🎉

Today is an especially meaningful day for the Parker County Youth Sports Development Foundation!

On what would have been Cathy Peacock’s 96th birthday, we are honored to officially announce the Cathy Peacock “Biggest Fan” Memorial Scholarship. ❤️

Cathy showed us that you don’t have to be on the field to make an incredible impact on a team. She was the kind of grandmother who cheered loudly, loved generously, encouraged everyone, and made every player feel like they had someone in their corner.

This annual scholarship will honor a student-athlete who carries that same spirit forward—someone who supports their teammates, celebrates others, demonstrates kindness and sportsmanship, and is simply the kind of person everyone is grateful to have on their team.

Because being a BIGGEST FAN isn’t just something you do from the stands—it’s something you live out every day.

Happy 96th Birthday, Cathy. ❤️ Your legacy of love and encouragement will continue to impact young athletes for years to come.

🥎The Parker County Patriots Softball program is growing and we’re looking for softball coaches for Spring 2027! 🥎

We’re looking for experienced, dependable coaches who are passionate about developing young athletes and building competitive teams the right way.

The Parker County Patriots operate under the Parker County Youth Sports Development Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with teams from 8U–16U. Coaches have access to organized program support, quality training facilities at PCo, and a program focused on long-term player development.

We are interested in coaches who:
• Put player development first
• Communicate well with athletes and families
• Want to build competitive, fundamentally sound teams
• Promote accountability, confidence, and good sportsmanship
• Are willing to complete a required background check

Competitive coaches pay with plenty of opportunities for additional income by coaching at Patriots camps and clinics and/or private lessons.

*Must not have a child on the team
*Must have coaching or playing experience.

🥎Patriots Softball – NO SCHOOL, MORE REPS!🥎

No school on Friday, September 4th, so we’re giving our Patriots softball players an opportunity to spend the day getting in some extra work!

Players will train with our Patriots coaches, work on fundamentals, and get plenty of extra reps.

📅 Friday, September 4th
⏰ 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
💲 $25 per player
🥪 Bring a sack lunch
🚨 Limited to 25 players

This is a great chance to get some extra work in while school is out.

🔥 RELENTLESS 🔥

Relentless (adj.)
1. Harsh, unyielding, or continuing without ever stopping or getting weaker.
2. Never stopping—a constant force that stays strong.
3. A person who works hard and refuses to give up until they win.

The first “Relentless” shirt has officially been earned—and it goes to Ty Pearson! 💪

Coach Shop’s "Relentless" shirt isn’t something that’s simply given out. It has to be EARNED.

Ty comes in multiple times a week on his own to get extra work in, on top of his weekly lessons. He continues to put in the time, reps, and effort when no one is making him do it.

Hard work pays off. But when you work relentlessly at your craft, improvement becomes inevitable—and that’s exactly what we’ve seen from Ty.
