New owner Henry Barahona Wink's Gym is an authentic MMA gym for families and athletes. Holly Holm is one of the gym's instructors.

We offer fitness classes in Heavybag Cardio and Conditioning as well as kid and Adult MMA. All our instructors have trained under world renowned striking coach Mike Winkeljohn. Smart Girl Self Defense and Chew The Fat Nutrition Education are also part of the gym's programs. The personable feel of the gym is unlike any other gym you'll find!
