The group is friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental; creating a pleasant exercise environment. The boot camp workouts are also inexpensive, at only $10.00 a session for drop-ins. Another bargain option is to purchase four (4) sessions in advance for only $30.00. Punch cards are available to track prepaid sessions. PERSONAL TRAINING:
In addition to the boot camp workouts, Roadrunner Fitness also offers personal training sessions with ACE Certified Personal Trainer Barry Ore. Consultations and Interviews are free, as is a first exercise session. Personal training with Roadrunner Fitness is inexpensive, fun, and versatile: training is available at Duke City Strength, or even in the comfort of your own home.
