Spicy Watermelon & Cucumber Salad

π Ingredients
Salad Base:
3 cups watermelon, cubed (seedless)
2 cups cucumber, sliced (Persian or English)
ΒΌ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Herbs & Add-Ins:
ΒΌ cup fresh mint or cilantro, chopped
Β½ cup feta cheese (optional, for creaminess)
2 tbsp toasted pepitas (optional, for crunch)
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp chili flakes (or TajΓn for extra zing)
