At BFit505, we believe one of the greatest gifts we can give our youngest citizens is an example worth following. Kids learn far more from what we do than what we say. When they see us choosing movement, adventure, health, and challenge, they learn that an active lifestyle is simply part of life.

First deadlift workout in a long time — waking these muscles back up and rebuilding strength one rep at a time. It’s not about perfection or where I used to be. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process. Hasn’t been easy.
It’s a journey… but a worthy journey.
