For today’s 12:15 XPT class, Shantel led the group in remembering 9/11. The workout consisted of 343 reps to honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The stair climbs are to pay tribute to the first responders who climbed the 110 stories of the World Trade Towers on this day.

To honor the victims and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice 25 years ago, SCFY CEO, George Crooker, participated in Pfeiffer University’s 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb earlier today. Thank you to all who sponsored and participated in the event. We will never forget.
