Details:
Who: 3rd to 8th Graders
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays from July 7th - August 13th, 5:30-7pm
Where: Dick Green Field (205 McCarty Ave, Albany, NY 12209)
Cost: $40 - Paid through RugbyXplorer (directions in registration link!)
Equipment: Athletic wear, cleats if available, otherwise sneakers will do!
Activites: Learn the basics of rugby through the high-speed, non-contact game of Flag Rugby! Passing, catching, agility, and TEAM WORK!

Women’s+ 7s Practices will be held at Dick Green Field, 205 McCarty Ave. Albany, NY
- Tuesdays: 5:30–7:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 6:00–8:00 PM

All are welcome — no experience necessary!
