For almost 3 years, Kate has shown us what it truly means to OWN YOUR PWR.
She’s a wife. A mom of three. A friend. A leader. And a survivor.
During her time at PWR, life threw her one of its toughest challenges with a breast cancer diagnosis. But what continues to inspire us isn’t just what she overcame—it’s how she came back.
We’ve watched Kate rebuild her strength, confidence, and belief in herself one workout at a time.
She doesn’t look for excuses. She shows up. She puts in the work. And she keeps proving that strength is built through resilience.
This year, she accomplished something incredible—completing her first HYROX in New York City. 💥
